1. Features of the machine

The structure of the machine is a three-roller symmetrical type. The upper roller moves vertically at the symmetrical position of the two lower rollers. It is obtained through the transmission of the screw and screw mother and worm. The two lower rollers rotate through the output gear of the reducer and the lower roller The gears mesh to provide torque for the rolled sheet.


2. The main structure

The main structure of the equipment is composed of upper roller device, lower roller, main transmission device, left and right side frames and chassis.

3.1. Upper roller device

The upper roller device is mainly composed of upper roller bearing seat, upper roller, sliding bearing and so on.

The upper roller is installed on the vertical bisector of the axis of the two lower rollers. The two shaft ends of the upper roller are installed in the bearing housing equipped with composite bearings. The bearing housing is installed in the guide grooves of the left and right frames. The lower part of the bearing housing is connected with the lifting wire. The rod is connected to adjust the lifting of the upper roller.

The tail of the upper roller is equipped with a balance mechanism to ensure that the upper roller is in a balanced state when unloading.

The upper roller is made of alloy steel forgings, which have been quenched and tempered and the hardness is HRC45~50.

3.2. lower roller

The two shaft ends of the lower roller are installed in the bearing holes of the left and right frames equipped with composite bearings, and their positions are fixed. The accuracy of the bearing holes of the left and right frames is guaranteed by the processing equipment. The lower roller is powered by the main drive. The roller input gear, open transmission torque to the lower roller.

The lower roller is made of alloy steel forgings, quenched and tempered, medium frequency quenched, and the hardness is HRC45~50.

3.3. the main transmission device

The main transmission device is located at the rear of the equipment and consists of a main motor, a hard-tooth surface gear reducer, an electro-hydraulic push bar brake, etc.

The main drive can be forward and reverse to provide power for the plate rolling.

The electro-hydraulic push-bar brake can ensure the rapid braking of the roller when the plate is rolled, which is safe and reliable.

3.4. auxiliary transmission device

The auxiliary transmission device provides the downward pressure of the upper roller for the coil, and consists of an auxiliary motor, a gear reducer, a worm gear, a worm, a screw rod, and a nut.

Through the positive and negative rotation of the motor, the gear reducer is driven, the worm gear rotates, and the rotary motion is changed to linear motion through the screw nut to control the lifting of the upper roller.

A coupling is provided at the connection between the reducer and the worm, and the position of the upper roller relative to the lower roller can be easily adjusted by the clutch of the coupling.

3.5. frame, chassis

The frame is a steel plate welded piece with a thickness of 20 mm, and the chassis is a channel steel welded piece, and the stress is removed by vibration aging after welding. The main connection position adopts key and pin connection, which is convenient for maintenance and installation.


4. Electrical control system Power supply 380V/50Hz, or customized.

The main switch has short-circuit protection and overload protection of the main motor. The forward and reverse rotation of the motor is controlled by the AC contactor; the electric control cabinet is equipped with all control buttons and indicator lights to complete the product rolling process to control the operation and working status of the whole machine.
