1. Equipment overview

The basic structure of the machine tool: The machine is mainly composed of the frame part, the upper roller part, the lower roller part, the side roller part, the turning bearing body part, the main transmission part, the hydraulic part, the electrical part, and the basic part.

The left and right frames of the machine are installed on an integral base to form the main body of the machine. The left end bearing body of the upper roller is installed in the turning bearing body, and the right end bearing body is installed in the right frame.

The upper and lower rollers of the machine are the main driving rollers, which are directly connected to the driving rollers by a hydraulic motor through a planetary reducer. The hydraulic motor is equipped with a timely brake so that the machine can stop in time to achieve a smaller straight edge of the sheet. The position of the upper roller is fixed and only rotates; the working roller performs both rotating and lifting movements.

The lower roller cylinder and the side roller cylinder of the machine are respectively installed in the guide grooves of the left and right frames. The reciprocating movement of the cylinder can make the lower roller and the side roller move up and down along the guide groove, and can also tilt to make the tapered workpiece and It is convenient to correct and round the workpiece.

There is an overturning bearing body on the left frame, which can be driven by an overturning oil cylinder to open and close the head of the upper roller; there is a balance device at the tail of the upper roller, which can realize the balance of the upper roller when the upper roller and the inverted frame are opened .

The movement of the work roll is guided by high-quality linear slide rails.

The control of the machine is concentrated on the main console.


3.1.Mechanical part

3.1.1 The work roll is the main part of the equipment, using 42CrMo, quenched and tempered after rough machining, HB260-300, in accordance with JB/ZG4289-86 roll steel standard, rigidity in line with (1/700~1/1000) LL—refers to two The distance between the center lines of the side racks. It is manufactured in strict accordance with the various standard process requirements of work roll manufacturing to ensure its comprehensive mechanical properties.


3.1.5. Automatic inner lifting rack (optional accessory)

The inner lifting frame is composed of a fixed slide rail bracket, a movable lifting and picking arm, a hydraulic cylinder, a transmission mechanism, a hydraulic valve group and an electrical control system. The bracket can be raised and lowered according to the size of the cylinder, and supports the cylinder during the rolling stage to prevent out-of-round and overlapping feeding caused by the cylinder's own weight. The height is measured by the stroke encoder, and the lifting height and movement are automatically controlled by PLC. A load-bearing structure driven by a hydraulic cylinder.


3.1.6. Outer support rack (optional accessory)

The outer support frame is composed of a fixed support, a rotating bracket, a support roller shaft, a bearing, a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic valve group and an electrical control system. It is used to support the outer side of the large-diameter cylinder when it is rolled to prevent the cylinder from deforming to the outside due to its own weight during the rolling process. It can be driven by a hydraulic cylinder to make an arc swing arm movement to meet the support requirements of different diameter workpieces, and roll the bread glue.


3.1.7. Automatic feeding platform: (optional accessory)

Composed of roller, motor, reducer, etc., used for holding and feeding the steel plate to be rolled. Transport and adjust steel plate to the coiling machine industry for processing.


4.The main characteristics of the equipment

4.1. This machine is a microcomputer-controlled four-roller plate bending machine, which has the function of pre-bending the end of the sheet.

4.2. The four working rolls of this machine, 42CrMo, are forged and quenched and tempered, HB260-300, with good comprehensive mechanical properties, high strength, strong wear resistance, suitable for high-load work and long service life.

4.3. The end bearing of the work roll of this machine adopts rolling bearing, which has small friction coefficient, reduces reactive power loss and saves energy.

4.4. The lifting and lowering displacement of the lower roller and side roller of this machine is controlled by computer, automatically leveled, digital display on the screen, synchronization accuracy ±0.2mm. The coiling has high precision and easy operation.

4.5. The bottom roller and side roller of the machine can be tilted at one end, and can rise and drop at the same time when tilted, which is beneficial to the rolling of tapered workpieces.

4.6. The machine is equipped with a movable operating table, which is more convenient for operators to use. The touch screen displays the positions of the three work rolls, making the operator clear at a glance.

4.7. The control system of the machine adopts Siemens' intelligent high-speed PLC programmable controller. The system has protection functions such as fault diagnosis, intelligent judgment of operating errors, monitoring of various parts of the machine tool, logic processing, and power-off memory; the system has anti-interference It has the advantages of strong ability, long service life, earthquake resistance and stable operation.

4.8. The high-precision sensors are used for the lifting displacement sensors of the lower and side rollers of the machine to ensure the position accuracy and realize the position monitoring of each roller.

4.9. The main electrical components of the heavy current part are all selected from Siemens products, which have the characteristics of long service life and long failure time.

4.10. The main valve groups in the hydraulic system are all selected from Yuci Yuken. The valve block is a cast runner, with large overflow, low resistance, low pressure loss, and low heat generation, making the machine performance more reliable.

4.11. The hydraulic pipeline joints are all quick-fit joints used in metallurgical mines with new technology. The joints have reliable radial seals to ensure that the hydraulic system does not leak oil during the operation of the equipment.

4.12. The hydraulic system has oil suction and return oil filters to ensure the cleanliness of the system. There is an air filter to ensure the normal breathing of the fuel tank and the evaporation of water. The system has dual safety protection devices to ensure the safety of the equipment.

4.13. The inverted bearing body (inverted head) is equipped with a dumping cylinder. The inverted head can be tilted and raised to facilitate the retrieval of the workpiece. The inverting and resetting of the inverted bearing body is equipped with an interlocking device. After the inverted bearing body is turned, other actions are on standby State, the action can only be restored after the flip bearing body is reset, which plays a role of safety protection.

4.14. The tail of the upper roller is equipped with a balance device. The balance device balances the upper roller while the bearing body is turned over. When the material is turned upside down, the upper roller is in a balanced state by the balance mechanism, so that the barrel can be easily taken out. Shaped workpiece.

4.15. The machine adopts an integral base, which is strong in rigidity, easy to hoist, and easy to install. Both the frame and the base are welded, and the annealing aging treatment is carried out to eliminate internal stress and improve the precision of the bending machine.
