Electric Press brake
The WE67K electric press brake slider part is composed of a slider, an oil cylinder and a mechanical stopper fine-tuning structure. The left and right oil cylinders are fixed on the frame, and the piston (rod) drives the slider to move up and down through hydraulic pressure. The customer can decide on the number of axes to be controlled automatically according to their needs.
1. The working table is composed of a movable working table and a vertical plate, which is processed by a large CNC milling and boring machine.
2. Synchronization system(Y1,Y2 axis)
The synchronisation of the CNC bending machine is achieved entirely by the balance of the hydraulic oil circuit. The fully closed-loop control system allows the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder to be monitored and regulated at all times. Once the cylinder is tilted, the CNC quickly issues a command based on the values of the scales located on either side of the cylinder, causing the proportional valve to make an adjustment to keep the cylinder synchronised.
3. Back gauge(X axis/X1,X2)
The backstop is controlled by a CNC system that automatically adjusts the position backwards and forwards, up and down.
4.Back gauge(R axis/R1,R2)
The back gauge R axis is a numerically controlled axis that controls the up and down movement of the back gauge. This axis is driven by a servo motor, and the encoder feeds back the up and down position of the gauge.
5.Back gauge(Z axis/ Z1, Z2):
Z axis is the mechanical axis the the stop-fingers move left and right on the gauge beam. Z1 axis is the mechanical axis that the left finger moves left and right on the gauge beam. The right side of the Z2 axis refers to the mechanical axis that moves left and right on the material retaining beam.
6. Crowning system(V axis)
The CNC mechanical compensation is based on the calculation of the required compensation amount by the CNC system according to the load force of the workpiece during bending and the automatic control of the relative movement of the convex wedges. The mechanical deflection compensation mechanism consists of a set of convex inclined wedges with a bevelled surface, a set of wedges forming a curve in the length of the table that matches the actual deflection, making the gap between the upper and lower tooling consistent during bending and ensuring the same angle of the bent workpiece in the length direction.
7. Control system:
The company has a variety of CNC systems for customers to choose from. Such as, DELEM, ESA AND CYBELEC.
