2.Components and constructions of the machine
3.1.Frame:Plate welded construction of Q235, with good rigidity and stability. Two oil cylinders are fixed on the two upper sides of the machine, and drive the blade carrier move up and down. There is secondary blade carrier on the working table for slightly adjusting the lower blade carrier. Also there are balls on the working table, and it makes the operation much easy.
3.2.Press cylinder
It consists of a set of cylinders fixed on the beam in the front of the beam. When the oil enters into the pressure cylinder, the pressure head press down after overcoming the spring, and tighten the plate. It reset by the spring after it shearing the plate.
3.3.Front and back gauge
Front gauge is fixed on the working table, and indicates by ruler. And it can be adjusted by the moveable block to meet the needed values.
Back gauge is fixed on the lower position of the upper blade carrier beam, and swings up and down according to the upper blade carrier. The adjustment of back gauge is driving by motor, and then through the reduction box. It is showed by the numerical display. Also, it can be adjusted by handwheel.
3.4.Hydraulic system: It consists of control valves, oil pump, oil cylinder, pressure cylinder, return cylinder and so on.
3.5.Electric: It consists of electric control box, center connecting wires, control face plate, motors, foot trample and so on.
